Did you type First Name, Last name, Middle Initial (if applicable) exactly as on front of Credit Card? Correct Credit card # entered? Correct expiration day & year? Sufficient Funds available in your account?

Does the Credit Card billing address you are using match the same address to your shipping address?

For Security Reasons & Customers protection from fraud: Payment Gateway will reject a transaction due to a mismatch between the billing address provided with the transaction and the address on file with the customer's credit card company. The shipping address must also match the Credit Card billing address.  Special Shipping requests may be approved for Existing customers by a Phone In Order with authorization confirmation from Valentina Jewels.

International Customers  If you are purchasing with a Credit Card, you Must email us Prior to Check out in order for us to TURN ON International Credit Card Check Out.
